Kpop9019 officially turns 1 year old today! Wow, time passes by so fast. (I know the day is almost over; I’m taking a short break from studying my finals T^T)
I remember, last year, I started this blog since I was bored and wanted to share my passions on the Internet. It was a hot summer afternoon (hotter than this year’s weather, what happened to the summer weather this year?) I was binge listening to Tiffany’s “Heartbreak Hotel” and internally sobbing about finals when I finally mustered the courage and decided to start a blog. Everything was so new and exciting! I’m very thankful for the new learning experiences. I’ve met many other bloggers and read a lot more throughout the past year (for once lol). I’ve published 84 posts (this will be my 85th!) and had my first writer (besides me).
I want to thank all of my followers or anyone who just found this blog! Thank you for reading my content and for the support!! I know my posting schedule has been hectic, but I will try to fix that~
Please stay tuned for new and exciting content! THANK YOU ALL ONCE AGAIN FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!!!!!!

(This is a long over-dued post lol)
For spring break this year, I was able to travel to go travel to Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio! Tbh, these are just random pics I took during the trip and I was also very busy with all the traveling, so I apologize beforehand that I couldn’t take many scenic views of the states…
But without further ado, here they are:
I’m finally back!! I apologize for not posting in nearly a month! I finally got a short break from school, so I have to take this opportunity! Today’s post will be a review on the hyped “A Silent Voice” Japanese Animated film.
Genre: Romance, School, Drama
Length: 2 hrs. 9 mins
Plot: Shoya Ishida is a high school student with a troubling past. He and his friends used to bully a deaf girl, Shoko Nishimiya, in elementary school and when the teachers and principal found out, he got all the blame. Now, he was the one to be bullied. Ishida isolated himself from his classmates and would not look at their faces, having x-ed them out of his life. Currently, in high school, Ishida finds Nishimiya again and tries to apologize. He wants to befriend her and make up for his wrong-doings. As they grow closer, they begin to develop feelings for each other and Ishida slowly opens up and finds what he can now call “friends”.
Hey everyone! It’s been so hard keeping up with posting T^T, but I finally got the chance to sit down with my green tea and write this post. As you all can tell from the title, today’s post is on my dyed hair.
Today’s post is on the korean drama “Hello, my Twenties” aka “Age of Youth”
# of Eps. : 12(each 1 hr)
Genre: School, Romance, Drama, Slice of Life
Plot: 5 girls are in their twenties and they each face a different problem. Han Jin-myung is a 28 year old who actually dropped out of college and is handling 2 or 3 different jobs at the same time for financial reasons. She works many jobs in order to pay for the hospital fees for her younger brother who has been in a coma for many years. Jung Ye-eun is a 22 year old girl who is foolishly in love and is afraid of losing her boyfriend so she often gets jealous and does not tell others how she feels. Song Ji-won is a 22 year old who is desperate to find a boyfriend. She claims to be able to see ghosts. Kang Yi-na is a 24 year old who is a prostitute. She sleeps with many men for money so that she could live an “easy life”. Eventually, though, her life is put into danger. Lastly, Yoo Eun-Jae is a 20 year old (also the youngest) who has a timid personality, but a dark past. These 5 girls live together in a building called “Belle Epoque” and learn about each other and themselves better. They go through problems together and learn the lesson of moving on with each other.
It’s been a while since I’ve written an anime review. Partially because I haven’t been watching animes (reverted to dramas and henceforth) and because the one I have been watching was new so there is only one new episode per week (which took forever to watch). Let’s break this anime up shall we?
(**Images not mine!! All credits go to original owners!)
Genre: Romance, School, Youth, Drama
# of Eps: 12
Viewer Discretion Advised!!! (although I assume everyone here is old enough)
Plot: Hanabi Yasuraoka and Mugi Awaya both love someone that is unreachable. In order to fill up their loneliness, they substitute each other as the one they love, in the physical intimacy aspect as well. However, they are not the only ones in pain and there are also characters with a double personality.
Hello everyone and welcome, to, another, Pokémon Spotlight Sunday! Today we’re going over the fighting, fit, burd known as: Hawlucha.
Now, Hawlucha has a very special place in my heart. I actually had a female one lead my team to victory in my Pokémon Y playthrough. She was great, and this birdy still packs a punch to this day. Let’s go over him, shall we?
Hey everyone! I’m finally back with another Throwback Thursday. I’ve been busy and truthfully a little lazy so I apologize for missing a few weeks T^T
I thought this week’s drawing would be a little different from the usual. It’ll be focusing on what I think is one of the most important features in anime and that is… the eyes!
I’ve read so many reviews on this popular Lush mask and I was gifted this for Christmas. As you all can tell, this meant that I’ve been using this product for the last 3 months and I finally decided to sit down and review this mask!
Welcome back everyone! This weeks Pokemon is Porygon-Z.
If you remember from my last post, you would notice I called him Spa-Z. The reason for this? He tends to have a spaz attack every 5 seconds. The -Z is more of a play on words, since it’s Porygon-Z, and spaz has a Z in it, get it? Heh…Anyway he’s pretty cool, and this is a pretty good set for Generation 7.
