It’s been nearly 2 weeks since this drama has ended and also two weeks since I saw the finale. Here’s my long delayed drama review~
I know today’s a Thursday and I should post a new Throwback Thursday, but today was one of the rare occasions that I actually did not have much schoolwork so I just wanted to take this time and post a review. I’ve actually been planning on posting this a week ago, but then I had to push it back a little in order to post some other stuff. Anyways, let’s get started!
Hey guys, as you all can tell from the title, this short post will about the shows I am currently watching and kpop groups I follow. Let’s get started~
Genre: Family, drama, tragedy, school, romance
# of Episodes: 11 (each are around 45-55 mins.)
Hey guys, I’m back with another review! To start off, here is a short summary! 1 Litre of Tears (yes litre is spelled that way) is an old Japanese drama from 2005. It tells the story of a 15 year old girl named Aya Ikeuchi (Ikeuchi is the last name) who is entering high school and is diagnosed with an incurable disease. This disease is called “Spinocerebellar Degeneration” and this illness limits the victim any type of movement. As time passes on, Aya will not be able to walk, speak, write, or eat. She will be confided to her bed. Basically, this drama is about the hardships of a young teenager who is facing an illness when she should really be enjoying the best time of her life. It is based on a true story.
It’s every fan girl’s dream to live next door to their favorite band, group, or anyone they idolize. In this short web series, some of the EXO members move next door to 23-year old Ji Yeon-hee. She has never dated anyone before and her biggest flaw is that when she is around the person she likes, she turns into a “red rock”. In other words, she tends to turn red or blush a lot. The EXO members are Chanyeol, D.O., Baekhyun, and Sehun who move in and they hire her to clean their house since they are out in the mornings. As time passes, Yeon-hee realizes that Chanyeol is actually her childhood friend and her “first love”. She is also involved in a love triangle between D.O. and Chanyeol.
So this is my attempt on writing a review and summary of a drama so pls. don’t judge. This post is going to be about the new Korean drama: Uncontrollably Fond.
